Saturday, June 17th, 2023 at Bee Creek Shelter in Weston, MO

10am-Noon
sponsored by BAAC (Black Ancestors Awareness Campaign)

BBQ follows the program with live music, booths and fun activities

Annual Meeting

The second Sunday afternoon at Eventful in Weston. You do not need to be a member of the museum to attend though reservations, with a minimal charge, are required because appetizers are served. You must be a member to vote during the business meeting.
